Such is the conclusion of an interesting survey. It seems that memory loss could be blamed, at least in part, on rising blood glucose levels as we age. Why not make sure that this does not happen with simple habits like exercising that regulates the level of blood sugar?

Just being exposed for a certain time to other cultures than your own seems to be the key to become more creative. It forces you to open your mind and to observe other ways of apprehending reality.

One day all the tools to control the way our bodies work will be available at very low cost. Already you can buy for $20 a tiny blood pressure and pulse control system that allows you to check your blood pressure and find out the food you are allergic to. I'm waiting for convenient ways to check my brain waves in most circumstances.
