Before they find the magic longevity pill there are many ways to enhance aging. Amongst them calories restriction, good nutrition, social support, worthy goals, exercise, and many other healthy lifestyles. A recent survey on identical twins shows that regular vigorous exercise slows down the shortening of telomeres, the extremities of the genes that control and stop the replication of the cells.
