The Mantra to a Fit and Healthy Adult Body

Find here a few good habits to adopt. Just two minor critics. For some drinking green tea in the evening might not be best time if you want to sleep well. And drinking 3 liters of water a day might be OK in a very hot climate where you need to replace a lot of water lost perspiring, but too much in colder countries. For the rest I could not agree more.
