OK, so there are ways to manage chronic pain according to this article. But isn't it then too late? Could most chronic pains be avoided by listening to one's own body's signals. What if the pain later in life was the price to pay for not taking care of one's own body? Even then it is possible to make one's own investigation and tests to find out and correct mistakes in life style that were the real causes of the problem?
