Time to Eat or Time to Exercise?

There is a right time for everything. If you want to know if you should eat before, during or after exercising read this ABC page. You'll find a few good pieces of advice!

I should add that there is only one time when it is OK to eat refined sugar (the worst kind) it is in the second half of a marathon. Within minutes it is absorbed and transformed into glucose in your blood stream and from there quickly used by your muscles.

At any other time stay away from refined sugars found in white bread, white rice, pasta and all sorts of food sold in boxes or cans. All they do is add fat to your belly and increase your risks of becoming diabetics!
