Mind over Body

I'm a strong believer in the merits of biofeedback. This article gives a few example of what it can achieve. Some are fascinating. One day all the tools to control the way our bodies work will be available at very low cost. Already you can buy for $20 a tiny blood pressure and pulse control system that allows you to check your blood pressure and find out the food you are allergic to. I'm waiting for convenient ways to check my brain waves in most circumstances. Isn't prevention the key to health and wellness?
